This new restaurant has been making waves in Squamish, having gathered critical acclaim from The Vancouver Sun and The Globe and Mail. And it’s little wonder why.
The establishment is the brainchild of Pat Allan and Jeff Park, two veteran chefs who have more than 20 years experience between them at Araxi in Whistler.
Serving up Pacific Northwest cuisine, the cooks make it a priority to use local ingredients within a radius of about 100 miles.
Allan says that a new summer menu is on its way, as the restaurant changes its offerings seasonally.
Expect to enjoy the sunshine, as the patio will be opening up as summer rolls in.
